To add on to what nix had said:
Try not to wear light coloured clothings.
Shorts, tee shirts, tank tops would be good.
And a VERY IMPORTANT THING:
Please wear any form of headgear on the day. Examples: Caps, Hats, Bandana, Hairband etc etc.
